Are prices subject to HST?

Yes. All listed prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable HST.

How does square footage affect pricing?

Pricing is based on the selected property size. Properties up to and including 1,500 sq ft use the base price. Properties above 1,500 sq ft and up to 3,500 sq ft have a 15% increase, while properties over 3,500 sq ft have a 25% increase.

Is travel included?

Travel within the Greater Toronto Area is included with Photography + Drone Photography and the Full Marketing Package. For other services, confirm travel arrangements when booking.

When will I receive my media?

Photography is delivered the same day. Video, Matterport walkthroughs, and twilight photography are delivered the next day, according to the service inclusions.

Does the Full Marketing Package include twilight photography?

No. Twilight photography is a separate service.

How will my media be delivered?

All media in the Full Marketing Package is delivered through the marketing kit’s download option. Standalone photography, video and twilight photography are delivered through Dropbox links. Standalone Matterport walkthroughs are provided through shareable Matterport links.
